Yes Crazy Dog Terry,,I agree with you...They should fish hook those responsible and put a long line on them and throw them in alive for the sharks to rip apart.....good Post..!!

Thank you for posting the sad truth. I love animals very much, have 2 cats and a dog in my home in USA, and keep feeding several dogs (including a wolf) in Mexico....Very bad for dogs and cats down there too!

Wow! I cant believe that! It's atrocious! How horrible for these poor animals...
There are some shockingly awful people in this world. I'm just thankful most are genuinely good. And there are some very good organisations working to change the atrocities that continue. Thanks for posting Terry.
