pity are these children who are victims of famine
to many children starving and dying.. yes i agree we should help out..but there is donation centers that help but seems like kids still starve and everything is so sad to see these children like this.

I am very sad. is this life, but the discrimination is not of God's but of human. are we humans, think again
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. God is our Father, we are all brothers. We want "them" to fix it. There are places to donate? We all want to believe that and we throw our money to those who are as overwhelmed as we. I think it must begin when we can allow ourselves the pain of knowing it is not those poor children, it is OUR poor children. The day we really want to end world hunger, it will end. There are reasons we say that 40,000 - more - are dying every day from hunger and it is "beyond" us - there are no reasons and at a time when we turn our heads because our hands are empty we bring 50,000 - more - a day into our world to begin new life. There is no logic or reason, much less compassion. All it takes - all it has ever taken - is for us all to agree it must end.
Yet, if we cannot all agree on something as basically simple as feeding our hungry and ending the killing of each other, how can we call upon the heavens with shaking fists to put our lives in order?

The earth is in the shape it is in because of us - each one of us - and the choices we make or fail to make. This "problem" is part of a larger mosaic - we have come for this battle and we cannot lose we cannot fail, we cannot believe in the struggle and create a religion around it. It is in surrender that victory is won. These things happen because -- they do. The grandest teaching of Christ was not that we shall have everlasting life -- but that we do. Reach and embrace it.
Within every problem, lies its own solution. This is the way of creation. The laws are very simple. Thought is creative. Fear attracts like energy. Love is all there is. From the highest mountains it has been shouted, in the lowest places it has been whispered. Through the corridors of all human experience this Truth has been echoed: Love is the answer.
Who will hear our children's crys? Let it begin with me.
