Some questions - part 2

Our work... a magic place, which takes about 70% of our active time (sleeping is out of this calculation) and sometimes 300% of our attention.... Place, which we possibly like... or don't like... or even hate, but it doesn't mean that tomorrow we will not come back - to meet same people and perhabs - same problems... Place, where we possibly fight for our dreams... or just loose last ilusions.... 
Let us think about this place and try to realize are we still on the road to make our dreams come true... or we gave up so long time ago, that we even forgot the direction..
Some questions for help:
  • What is worse: to failure or not to try?
  • If we are learning from  our mistakes, why we are so much afraid not to make a mistake?
