Apparently Harmful Drinking Water
Minum Air Putih Ternyata Berbahaya

A study says that people who drink water along with the chewing of food turned out to harm the stomach. Why?
Instead of helping digestive process, drinking water in between meals could actually inhibit the digestive power of the stomach and cause insulin levels to fluctuate significantly. While the study showed that drinking too little water during the meal was fine, but drinking a glass or two drinks can interfere with digestion. It is best to drink water before and two hours after meals to aid absorption of nutrients. If you drink water when you eat, the water will be absorbed by the intestinal wall, causing stomach acid reflux and heartburn.
Drinking water with meals can also cause elevated levels of insulin. The more insulin released into the bloodstream, the more likely we are to store fat in the body. Therefore, make sure the food is not too salty as it will make us more thirsty trigger keninginan drinking water. Also, eating in a hurry will cause difficult swallowing food toward the bottom so that we will feel the need to drink water. Many chewing will be very good because it will facilitate the stomach in food processing.
