the blog is well presented dear i like your questions especially the last one,for real the ads pass through the success coaches and they the one to approved them so for me i can tell you that success coaches are not unique people they are just bloggers like us,sometime you find out even that a client is far much better than his or her success coach so we are all fond of making mistakes,the best thing is to correct them.thanks for sharing this.

Some Sc's have been having a problem with the process button. When approving 1 ad then 1 or 2 after also gets approved, when they didn't even see it. Maybe that happened. I don't know. I do know I've clicked on approve by mistake before and had to get Jenny to fix it. If SC's are knowingly approving such ads then that means FanBox employees are still having to spend time making it right, and that could mean "Goodbye SC Program".

I really do not know how I should comment on this article. I know for a fact that all success coaches are only human and it's a learning curb for all us new ones. We have had several issues concerning rapid fire approval with our submit button, which are being worked on even as we speak.

As far as the images go, you should see the stuff we are constantly rejecting! I reject upwards to 90 % of the ads that come across my feed because if a person cannot take the time to do it right after being notified several times in writing about their misused of images or misleading content, then sorry but I can't help you.

Would love to see someone give praise for all the good work that has been done. Yet it seems the only time we get input is when someone or something screws up. Where's the Love for all the good things that we work so hard to do for everyone?

if SC's are letting those kind of ads through then they are violating the ad standards and should be reviewed and questioned, if one of my clients ever tried an ad like described above I would reject in a heartbeat.

Also a big round of applause for the SC's doing things right.

You have raised a good questions..

Speaking as a Success Coach myself like Michael I reject A LOT of Ads because of the reasons you mentioned. I know there have probably been some that slipped through before The Order was sent out.

I also know there is a concerted effort to clean up some of those that have slipped through or were approved because of some tech glitch. I do believe the rules are for everyone. I try to be very picky when it comes to the Ads I approve because all the things you mentioned were things that truly bothered me when I first joined FanBox.

I can't even tell you how many Ads I have rejected because of inappropriate pictures, content, Tag Words or irrelevant descriptions. I take being a Coach very seriously as well as making sure the Ads I approve meet the standards and guidelines I also make sure when I reject those Ads the client gets a message from me telling them exactly why I rejected the Ad.

I can understand your frustration because I know there are still some things showing up in Ads that should not be. Please keep in mind there are LOTS and LOTS of people on FanBox and more joining daily. The FanBox Staff is working hard to make it the best site around. But as with all good things sometimes it just takes time before all the "bugs" are worked out!

So far my success coach is doing a great job.

After reading your post and the comments, I can only comment accordingly. I'm sure the Success Coaches are doing the best they can, and as they say, humans can make errors, and there are computer glitches, but overall I think ads are fine.

I like every success coach here take being a success coach very seriously and i go through an ad at least 3-4 times before i even process it. Currently, there are some glitches in the system so that is no fault of the success coaches rather its a technical error. and maybe you are seeing those kinds of ads getting through because they haven't been assigned a success coach. But with time and a little patience things will work out the way they are supposed to. Great Blog!

Like us,SC's are only human and mistake IS human.
But be careful, don't fall in the other extreme and reject all that's not on your taste.:-)

Many thanks to you all. I appreciate all your comments. All of them are great and apt. But I have to be particular about the comments that @Michael made. Micheal is one of the personalities I respect a lot at FanBox. He's a great writer and had once or twice given me personal counsel here. I recall the day he sent me a message, "have you categorized and rated posts today. Remember that your earnings from C&R are immediately available to purchase ads. He was a student of no mean person as Jenny Lee before he became a Success Coach. I'm sure he'd be doing a great job as a Success Coach. But it's like he's misconstruing this post. We are not just here to criticize and even when we do that, we mean well and we intend them to be constructive so we can improve. Melanie, my Success Coach is doing great! I remember my one ad she's rejected so far. I created it from a post that I read by clicking an ad. The title was Solid breasts. Don't lose the point: an ad is already running, with this title, approved by a SC. I created my own with no modifications. It gets rejected by my SC on the ground that it tends to promote sensuality. You get the point? All the SCs are not the same! Some are doing better than others. One more thing I may want to suggest to @Michael is to take time and visit some of these top bloggers profiles and click on their ads and take a look at them. That's what I do and not actually t scrutinize their ads but to read their posts and categorize and rate them and probably create ads from their posts. My bet is that I'd make better earnings if I C&R their posts as well as create ads from them. Happy Blogging and merry xmas to all

Why Do coaches will change ad picture to if they do have autoriztion to do soo... insted to reject it..I normally change pics according to ads

most of my ads with pics and texts changed by SC have no respond! I do not earn with them at all! the same posts with ads made by me have high rating and bring me regular money.. Is there some way to publish ads without unwilling service of SC?? PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE IMAGES AND TEXTS !
better reject and send me a short message why you did it if you cant leave me alone with my blogs.

Well I am back here again! Thank you for the constructive criticism Signor, I would expect no less from you or anyone else on here. If it seems that I am trying to deconstruct and criticize or misconstrue your article, I can assure you personally that this is not at all my intention.

So if I come off as being harsh or if it seems like I am belittling you article, please except my apologies. This was not at all my intent. I to am very frustrated with some of the many ads that I see coming from some of those higher up bloggers that somehow sneak past everyone. On the same token though, as I stated earlier in my comments, in my opinion, it would be great to see others comment on the good things that we as Success Coaches do too.

We all should give credit to Signor not to criticize her because she raised this important issue . This is a real issue if FanBox give this opportunities in our hands then its our duty to make it possible to check all carefully. My own ads are not approved from 4 days just because my success coach has giving up SC status.

Hi Everyone!!

I understand the frustration of some of the ads that get through. As others have said there is human error and also, there are still old ads out there.

We all try to follow the guidelines that are given to us and at times have to make a judgement call as there are some gray areas.

I can tell you though we are all doing our best and we ask that everyone have patience. We are only human.

I can tell you there are days I have had well over 200 ads to get through, so mistakes happen I would love to be perfect but I simply am not. :-(

I can also tell you I may not be able to reach out to everyone daily or even weekly but my inbox is always my top priority- this would be why you don't see me commenting on a lot of posts or writing as much. I want to make sure every question is answered.

Also we are working on several things to make the success coach program better so please remember just as FanBox is consistently changing so is the program. :-)

From what I have seen all the coaches are doing an awesome job! :-)

Signor And everyone else who has concerns... I appreciate your concerns, Honestly, I can understand why bloggers are questioning the Success Coach process... Are they bugs that need to be worked out... Absolutely, As with all new programs!

I believe it takes patience and understanding to make a program great, and you never know which of you will be approached to be a Success Coach, and then the responsibilities of another person's work will be in your hands and sometimes you will have to make tough decisions... If I have a question about an Ad, I always send it in to be viewed... And if there are specific mistakes in Ads, that a client is doing continually... I generally let them know... Not always... As I have sent out the Newsletter and figured they would understand why... But maybe not... And it's something for me to work on... Better communication.

Also, if anyone has suggestions for their coaches don't be afraid to bring them up, we know we are human! And none of us can claim perfection! We are learning as well... And with great communication, our Clients can be our Teachers... I have a few of those... I see us as a team... not one person having more authority than the other... People willing to help out other people... And honestly, I ask my clients to come to me with any questions, concerns, or anything... Even if I have offended them in any way, I want to know... I personally believe that being a Success Coach is about building relationships and working together for a common goal. And personally, I believe my Clients are some of the best people, I have met... I am honored to Coach them. As they have taught me some valuable things too!

And the community must know... When Success Coaches are trained in, we are given set rules and guidelines, and I believe that each Coach is doing their best to make sure they are doing their jobs well. I personally, send out a newsletter and I let my Clients know, these are reasons your Ads will get rejected... So they know ahead of time... Or the reasons for something to be changed... And many of my Clients have been gracious in their responses.

We are all learning... As this is a new program... SO honestly, if you have a problem with your SC, please try to communicate with them... And don't get angry with them... because people can get defensive, and rightfully so, when they believe they are trying to help... But go to them and tell them what's bothering you, explain where your coming from, and see what kind of results you get! Communication works two ways, as we know... And if this program is going to work, we need people who are willing to accept, that we aren't perfect, but we are willing to learn and be the best SC we can be...

So ask yourself, what role do Clients have? Are they powerless and unheard? Quite the opposite, Clients can be some of the greatest teachers, idea innovators, and encourages to their SC's, and I personally hope that all my Clients, will one day... Also become SC's and Share their Knowledge with others... Food For Thought! :)

I'm here to make a general response to the latest comments. I want to believe we all are right in our opinions. A lot of goodies that should ally our fears have emerged since the publication of this posts. Some success coaches felt through their comments that the community does not seem to appreciate their contributions. Overnight two posts showed up one by @Faith chepkemo and another by @Marie Frabutt showering encomiums on our awesome coaches. I joined my voices to theirs. The next wonderful development is the ground-breaking announcement by JC about the plan to expand the membership of the college of SCs. It means some of you may have an opportunity to experience how hot the SC's seat is.

As for @asif lone and @Nadia Ifthikhar, I share in your pains! But the much I can say further is: JC must hear this! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GET WORDS ACROSS TO JC THAT@ASIF LONE AND @NADIA IFTHIKHAR have lost their SCs? Please, please and please, any SC who happens to come across this posts with this comment should not hesitate to contact JC or Jenny about this matter. Or better @Asif and @Nadia, you can contact Jenny directly either by sending her a message or writing on her wall.

well as i was reading this blog i really found out also some of blogs in fanbox really have different pictures to what the blog is all about. As bloggers we should learn on this technique because we are taught here also like a students i guess everyday we should have at more or less something to be learned in visiting other blogs or simply observing how to make a blog.

You publish a good issue to warn SC's work. but no one is the fully best, so we should detect and inform the case that violate the ads rule in FanBox.
Your claim is the best, but you will be the best if you point out the solution for that issue.
