1. A Good-paying Job- let's not kid ourselves women want a Husband that can pay all the bills, if for some reason she cannot contribute throughout their marriage. Examples; Pregnancy, school or a stay at home mom.
2. His First Marriage- Most men who have not been married before don't have the baggage of an ex-wife, this makes for a smoother relationship, because there is no alimony
