Many people adopt jogging as a regular exercise routine because it has many
health benefits which include cardiovascular health, endurance, good physical and
mental well-being and relief from stress.
Aside from its health benefits, regular jogging also helps to strengthen and tone
your muscles. It is also used by many as a way to maintain or lose weight.
Some people are hesitant to jog for fear of injuring their knees, ankles or hips. But
this can be avoided with the use of quality running shoes and the right technique.
The benefits of jogging obviously outweigh the risks.

Jogging the best and easy exercise to keep u fit and healthy.If not jogging atleast walk briskly for 20minutes a day.It works wonders for ur health.
