I like this post, a lot of people can benefit from this info.

Someone recently said to me " You can live under the same roof with another person day and night, yet have nothing to say and at the same time feel lonelier than if you were alone"

We do not realize what a desperate, urgent need we have to be just with ourselves. How therapeutic it is. How necessary for our emotional health.
There's an organization called "Men's Rights Of Passage" which facilitates five days of almost total solitude for men... there's so much to it ...
There is an equivalent one for women as well ...

I agree with your article, At times I too have felt the same. The entire family could be at home, but still you feel alone. This happens when your inner heart or inner soul is unhappy and you are unable to conquer a situation. i have experienced this.

But generally I am a happy person, and somehow solve all issues around me, and love to be engaged in work all the tine. When you mix with the society due to your work, and see how others are more low in spirit than yourself, you can make that situation feel how much you have been blessed in your life. It is our own attitude that make us lonely and solitude. Sometimes I love to be alone, attending to my work, so that I can have a better output on my work.

Since I have started FanBox, well now I have put myself into a schedule, well life is all interesting now.
