This only works if the people who click the link on Facebook or other website is registered on Fanbox, if he or she isn't, he or she will only see the free part of your post and you won't earn anything. Try it, sign out of Fanbox and click on the link outside of Fanbox.

Is there a way of changing this on Fanbox and earn from visits we get promoting outside of Fanbox? Please advice. Thank you.
