Do you remember when you first took stock of your senses as a kid...such as the fragrance of your mother's perfume, the smell of apple pie the first time your mom baked it for you, the first time you noticed how blue the sky was and how white the clouds were, the first time you heard music wafting from the radio, or the touch of your father kissing you on the forehead? There are just some moments you can't seem to forget because your sensory organs were heightened at the moment that experience was occurring.

Nice story... You have a Filipino blood????

the best cuisine that I have taste is the dried fish..why? because I can eat it with hot or cold rice and it will not get rotten easily..although smells like hell but taste like heaven for me..hahaha!

For me it is Chinese eaten with chopsticks. My very favorite other than buffet is moo gu gui pan seasoned with curry and made 4-star hot. also I always half-fill a bowl with fried rice and top with hot and sour soup. I stir up a concoction of mustard, ketchup, crushed pepper, tartar sauce or ranch dressing and wasabi to dip the shrimp in. Additionally, a big plate of fruit. My wife says I am crazy for eating ice cream with chopsticks. Whatever works. In real life we are vegans, but I indulge when we eat out. I lose weight during the week and put a couple pounds back when we eat out. BBQ pork is another favorite as well as Italian sausage/black olive pizza. I gotta quit writing this as I am getting ready for a fasting blood drawing this morning and it sounds too good. My wife says if it has a mother don't eat it. She cooks with a lot of Indian spices. Most of it comes out tasting like garahm masalla, or however you spell it, but it is good.
