Walking is probably the easiest healthy habit and most convenient exercise you can get. To structure more walk time into your day, try parking at the far end of the parking lot when you go shopping and schedule two 15-minute walks a day (one during your lunch break and another after work or dinner). Walking improves your cardiovascular health and adds years to your life. A 2005 study by the Erasmus M.C. University Medical Center Rotterdam in the Netherlands found that those who walked 30 minutes a day gained about 1.3 years of life.
Oh thanks very much, i will try to stay fit, eat well and relief stress so that i can live longer. I am a type of person who likes sugar, i will also reduce my sugar eating to prevent myself from such deadful diseases. Thanks a lot.
Hi Olivia O. Manu, how are you today? Welcome my dear, we Muslim do FASTING and it helps. I stop taking my morning coffee instead I drink a glass of warm water. Rice, I change to Hydrophonic rice (starch free), frying using Sunflower Seed Oil. It does help bring down my weight and I eat lesser now. I stop smoking a year ago and I cant stop eating and now lesser too. I hope you too manage to control your desire to eat, I did.
