Funny but true. ^_^ Before I used to sleep with my phone beside me or under my pillow. But it's unhealthy because you will deprive yourself from having enough good sleep. Nice post

I agree from the habits above..
We tried to nap in the sofa thinking just for 30 min then wake up to brush our teeth
then move to the bedroom but it turned out that we sleeping thhere until morning..
It give us a feeling of bad morning sometimes..:((

Goodone, I discovered most people actually have these habits developed over time. It might look harmless but over time it affects sound sleep. For many after developing these habits, it's difficult to form a good sleeping habit and as a result many lose their sleep more often unless u sleep the way ur body is used too. Am so certain it's never too late for anyone to develop a good sleeping habit. Find a way to avoid bad positions in other to live a more healthy live.
