yea, right. my work make me stress too sometimes..
I have to say that I suffer from Anxiety and Depression (always go together cause is a cycle). I was diagnosed a year ago and figured out that I was suffering from panic attacks since I was a little girl. I am 27 now.
Stress can kill you (literally) but it is also that can come from heredity and even a small experience of stress can easily trigger anxiety...
My recommendation is to go to therapy as soon as possible! before it gets worse... I am way better now, but with medication cause all the time my brain was working like that. (it became a "normal" way of living/acting/feeling so...)

Yes i agree with all that..I think it,s important also to teach yourself how to block out the bad things and stresses ,, whatever they are in your life,,so you can gain peace of mind,,Without peace of mind you cannot function normally,, and you will become more stressed and irrational in your thinking,,,,,Sometimes we are too soft in our thinking towards others and allow us to be bullied and manipulated and used by others.,, You have to make a stand and toughen up mentally and lock out the past mistakes and forget the water that,s gone under the bridge..You yourself with a positive attitude can be as good or as successful as any one,,If you lose a lover,, then block them out and start afresh and soon you will be laughing again--- Money lost..??? So what..!! forget it,,, it,s only money,, just start again,, Don,t look back and wish for what you can,t have,, it will only make youfeel more depressed and miserable,,Just learn to take one day at a time and be positive and continue with attainable goals and you will find that happiness and nice friends will quickly help you back on the road to recovery...You must make an effort yourself to end your own stresses,, coz tablets will only make you dependent on them and your mind will end up in a cycle of ups and downs...and lock you into deeper depression...Positive thinking is the cure for stress......It,s not easy,, but we all need to motorvate and stimulate our minds to think forward and not backwards.. You must set new goals and keep your mind occupied with things that interest you and make you happy....Don,t lose your confidence in yourself,, keep positive or sadly you will suffer more.....

Your correct Alex,, The person who doesn,t make mistakes never does anything,,..I make mistakes every day,, but the first thing i do is to accept my mistake and calm my mind,,I usually Question myself and ask myself why i was silly enough to do something wrong in the first place ,, and how to avoid it again..--Then i smile and get on with my life..I,m always optimistic and never lose my confidence..I,ve taught myself to look forward on the bright side of life..---- what hapened yesterday i block out as much as i can so my mind is free and happy again..Life wasn,t meant to be easy....AS you et older you learn to accept your mistakes ,, much easier than when you are young..---But it also depends on your Nature and Attitude and your personality,, to as how you can cope with your problems..!! The human mind is very complex and each of us have a different way of coping with stress and anxiety.
Life today is very stressful for most people,,,,Stress can be just a simple thing,, or it can be a major thing...

Great posts and great comments. I was diagnosed @ 20years ago with anxiety and depression. It has been a struggle for many years. The thoughts you have posted have been a part of my life for many years now. I only wish someone had taught me them so long ago.

Great blog and tips about stress.....to many people in life have this and just need to learn how to take a deep breath and count to 10 at times and it works. I just log into FanBox and work my tail off and that helps with my stress too! lol

A lot of people these days have too much stress, and people have to take a holiday after taking a holiday sometimes! Even kids get stressed with so many activities in their lives. I'm fortunate to have a job that has low stress - it's a blessing. Employers these days pile so much on employees and that certainly doesn't help! Good post Alex - thanks for sharing it! :D
