Thank you - I hope to spoil the chances of as many scammers as possible, but there are so very many places where they try to catch out the inexperienced web users. I sometimes wonder if it is time to introduce a web user training scheme that everyone goes through before they are allowed access to the whole web....

I do post about all the new ones I see here on FanBox - and some that arrive in my mailbox too - you will find this blog contains dozens of similar notices, but if people want me to compile other scams they see into this one place for reference, then I would be happy to do that.

Sadly they do - we can but try and alert new web users to these criminal activities - I see them posting scams in very unlikely places - the peace campaign networks, poetry forums, all the social networks, etc. So always be careful!

Thanks Eliza - if you need to look back at previous warnings about scammers, this blog has many entries covering scams posted here, email scams that have links to cloned websites for 'phishing', etc. Best wishes, Dave
