Never wait for an Opportunity

And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. (Luke 11:9 KJV) Yes God did expect us to be active and not passive. We are to not only ask for opportunities but are to seek them; we are to knock on the door of opportunity and then it will be opened. Remember that “the lifetime opportunity is the life of the opportunity”. The case in point is taking action at the right time while the door of opportunity is open lest it is forever gone.

A man was working in a restaurant as a waiter but in his heart he knew he was a singer but he just couldn’t get the right opportunity to prove his talent because no one took him seriously and would not give him an audition. One day sitting at a table in the restaurant was one of the biggest names in music. He realized that this was his opportunity and it would be only here for a little while then gone forever.
