Stuffed sweet pepper is a nourishing, healthy and a dish easy to cook. Let’s get it started.
Ingredients: minced meat, sweet peppper, a carrot, onions, rice, cabbage, salt, red and black pepper.
Two kinds of pepper are the only spices. One – for the minced meat, the other – for the sauce.
Cut the cabbage into little pieces and then boil a bit.
Grate the carrot, use two different sizes of graters, small – for the minced meat, large – for the sauce. Boil the rice.
Grind the minced meat with the carrot and onions adding black pepper, rice and cabbage.
Slice the sweet pepper and tomatoes.
And put in a fryimg pan along with onions, carrot and cabbage.
Stuff the pepperts with the stuffing.
Add some sliced not stuffed pepper.
Fill with sauce and then add some water.
Cook it for about 30 minutes.
