usually when someone criticizes me I just see it in a positive way and then improving the outcome of the subject of criticism and thus improving myself also.

Criticism may not be a good option to improve a worker's performance.They need more motivation and drive rather that criticism cause no matter how you look at it,be it the positive or negative way,you will still feel drained out in the end.Its about using the correct words to motivate a worker and at the same time build up a better working relationship with the workers..
