On a hot summer day when your thirst kicks, in your first thought may be to down a cold glass of fruit juice to both quench your thirst and nourish your body, but is fruit juice really a good choice from a nutritional perspective?  While we all agree that fruit can provide aorange_slice_and_juice_in_glass.jpg healthy mix of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, what’s the best choice – fresh, frozen or juice?  In a recent issue of the Nutrition Action Health Letter, writer David Schardt addresses just this issue.
