HANDBOOK OF LIFE

Since I suffered a Stroke, almost 4 years ago, I tried to follow this Handbook of Life and certainly it worked for me. Just to get up was a challenge and a struggle for me, however I thank God that I wake up and I am alive every morning. That would excite and compel me to get up and exercise, then the rest of my day would normally be very fine and productive.
