Some of these foods really work, however some are not recommended in a large portion if u spend a lot of your time sitting in a car or in front of your computer all day. Example like grape cause it contain high sugar; eating too much of grapes can make you accumulate belly fat if you dont exersise or use extra stamina. Banana is good if you need lots of stamina if not those food that you eat will turn to belly fat too. However green tea & raw or smoke salmon really work!
