I hope to receive my client's rating. Out of 19 clients, only 2 are active. The rest haven't login to fanbox for several months ago when I've check their wall page. :'(

can we change our SC, choice/select as per own interest
How often could we change our SC's rating? Daily? Weekly? Or monthly? Or anytime we feel like changing it?

if i rate my success coach, will he knows that im the one who rate him? or it will be confidential? ^_^
Your coach does not have any access to your individual rating. We get an average of all ratings, so we can get an idea of how we are doing.

I rated my SC on my first day on fanbox (our first contact was great) and he is amazing till this day, allowed to see my bank etc..cannot believe people do not rate SC-tih is very important!
also, people do not leave reviews after reading a post, why?

Surely rating SCs is very important which clients must do. It helps management to know which coach is helpful or not and also how good or bad a coach might be. Thanks Head Coach Zoe. Zoe i am surprised you are not my fan. Have you already reached your limit of fans?
Yes, rating coaches allows us to know if we need to improve. I fanned you...there is no limit of fans. :)

Thanks for the info Zoe H. I had already rated my coach but would now like to re rate him with a far far lower rating.
I was unaware at first so I had not have a chance to rate my first coach and I was message with my 2nd coach there I scroll down and see the rating for SC. Although I like my SC now how I wish at least I could rate her, is that possible? She at least had help me...
No you can only rate your current coach.
