Orgasms. For many women they are a source of great pleasure but for others they are a source of deep misery. With TV, movies and the porn industry, men and women have been led to believe that a woman will achieve an orgasm by vaginal intercourse alone. This is simply not so. Only a small portion of females can have a straight vaginal orgasm.

Unfortunately, many women have never experienced an orgasm period - either with masturbation or partner sex. ABC news did a study in 2009:
