THANK GOD SHE IS SAFE..........
Oh my god.... That scares me! Is the girl traumatized? I'd be plotting revenge!
I think my friend taught her daughter a good lesson by scaring her to death about what could have happened...
I feel absolutely sick to my stomach...this reminded me of an EX (emphasis on EX) friend of mine that got arrested by the FBI recently for molesting a boy in the men's restroom...sicko
wow!! This is one of the reason I have vowed to never allow computers in bedrooms only in family areas so I can continually monitor what my kids are doing on it... I'm glad her uncle walked into the room, otherwise she may have never said anything about it....hopefully he will get some kind of time for at least showing a child a pornographic picture...
Apparently this guy was cyber stalking 25 other kids, from what they found on his computer after they arrested him...
It's really an unsafe world for kids nowadays - so many criminals lurking on the internet waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting child. This world has a lot of predators, and parents should reinforce their rules now and again, especially for those on facebook and other social sites!
One small request as there are many characters in the story i cant clearly keep in mind that who is the victim and who is the audience and who is the advisor and who is the listener !?!
: scary!!! thanks God she's safe! we shouLd reaLLy advice everyone not onLy the minors about the danger they couLd get on the internet. keep safe everyone! God bLess! ^_^
welcome
@ Jan: Yes, even the internet isn't safe for kids anymore. Parents have to be more vigilant at protecting their children from such dangers. Thank you for the comment!
@ Sweetie: The victim is "Mary," my friend Dana's daughter. I think you might get it if you read it again.
@ Chriz: I agree. Everyone should know what dangers are out there on the internet, even adults.
We are living in VERY scary times! I am so glad this one had a good ending.
good blog 5*
This is scary. I have girls. WOW...
oh yes some here in net really are spamming and most of them are bad guys, we better keep on eye with the teens while they use computers...

thatas an interesting post
Good post, Arlene. I am sure i read it once before, but this time i also categorized it.
I am becoming better at categorising, it takes some experience and may be more work than many people realize (when done properly, of course!)
nice post dear
Wow I do have a daughter and a son and if that happened to one of my children I would be angry too. You have to teach your children to be aware of their surroundings and who they talk to online.Good post.
@ Patrick: Thanks for taking the time to read, categorize, and rate this post. I hope you found it interesting.
@ Lynn: Yes I would be angry myself if this happened. With the internet, there are even more ways for predators to strike...
Alarming for parents. Thanks for the info.
