This past weekend I threw my friend a bachelorette party to commemorate her last few weeks of being single before her actual wedding day. Now with anything that I do, any event that I plan, I always go all out…I never half-ass anything. Since my friend asked me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding and she knew her sister (her maid of honor) was not the “planning” type, my friend asked me to plan her bachelorette party, which I was happy to do. But with anything, when you have 10 girls together, there is bound to be some drama, and there was DEFINITELY drama. Here is a recap of what happened…

Drama...drama....with that many ladies I am not surprised. That sucks though...you were trying to do something nice for your friend and it sounds like it went unappreciated. I am not liking the sound of the three monsters...you should have left them at the club! lol

Yeah...I wish I could have made the 3 monsters walk their asses back to the hotel...but of course that would have caused even more drama...

Whoa!!! Crazy...I'm sorry it didn't turn out the way you wanted to. I feel bad for Sol, but at least she had a friend like you to do something like that for her when her own sister couldn't. Glad the bachelorette I went to last year in Vegas was drama-free, sort of but we got comped!! LOL! :)

BTW: Even though I'm nowhere near getting engaged/married yet, I'm already appointing you as my bachelorette planner, you plan the awesomest parties/getaways. Lucky for us our friends are drama free, huh?

Exactly! I hate drama, and I'm glad none of my friends are like that. And of course I would be honored to plan your future bachelorette party. Now I have to focus on my sister's party...

Even though Sol's sister is not the planning type, she was probably still miffed that her sister gave you the job of planning it maybe. I thought it was funny you called those three monsters. lol Sounded like quite the party night you planned - awesome! Thanks for sharing Arlene! :-)

@ Jan: That could have been a reason why Sol's sister was acting like such a monster, but still, the weekend wasn't about her...very immature on her part. And thanks...all of my friends know I throw one hell of a party =)

Unfortunately things like this happen frequently. You left these things behind and I hope you are still friends. A strong friendship is above these things - my personal point of view!
