I faced an interesting realization today. I was driving my friend Manny to early morning prayer services.  In the course of the drive he asked if I could call him later in the day to see if he needed a lift to the phamacy. I replied, Sure, I'll e-mail you. Seems natural enough, but this was a wisecrack. Manny is quite a bit older then me, shall I say in his eighties!  and does not have a Computer. Not a desktop, nor a laptop, nor even a i-pad. In fact Manny doesn't even have a cell phone, smart or otherwise. I am not saying he lives in a cave but  technology has to a large extent passed him by.  He enjoys watching dvd's that I loan him, he also enjoys VCR's, his player plays both. Please do not missunderstand me, I am not saying older folks don't hook up on the internet. some do, My own dad gave it a hand, but usually ended up calling me in to the computer room for assistance. 

      It got me to thinking about who "owns" the technology today.  The answer is;
