Thanks for the info. It looks like that I seldom suffered dehydration. Will try to drink more and more water everyday.
I have to question the amount of water you are recommending .Seems like a lot .Does the water in juice coffee or tea count?
If you consume beets in any quantity expect a much different colour .Very good post with good information Thank you .
Well I certainly do agree with you that we should never take for granted our body daily need for water. Nevertheless I personally find it hard to follow the recommended amount of water to be taken in a day especially when you lead a rather sedate life. By the way thanks for your nice post!
