Benefits of Water for the Body
As a regulator of body temperature
Body condition will decline when the water content in the body decreases. When the body lacks water, the body temperature will heat up and ride. If we are in the area or place where temperature heat, then our body will need adequate water. In hot areas like that, the body will respond by releasing sweat to normalize body temperature. Likewise, when the air-conditioned room, we are encouraged to drink more, because the air conditioning will make the body becomes dehydrated and dry skin.
