Thanks Aqsa. I personally think she was too harsh with her punishment.

i was the judge i would sentence her and her husbaned for life sentence for punishing him with the hot sauce

If you need to resort to punishing a child through pain, you're a crap parent. And Alaska, you got major problems.

I agree inflicting pain on a child is not a good discipline technique. Sad story!

I actually saw this episode and it disgusts me. How is she able to keep a child not biologically hers after what she did? You think that when a child is put up for adoption that that is because the familt couldn't or wouldn't care for them, not put be put in a position to be abused by their adopted parents. I feel so bad for so many children out there. I wish I could take them all, because I would.

I have to biological kids and my step son and yes kids will drive you nuts sometimes but there are many many better ways of taking care of the problem. I personally like to take away something they really like or not buy them their favorite drink at the local gas station if they have been bad. If they break something like for instance my boy broke my light for my snowmobile he didn't get a bug juice for a month. I just don't get how things are going in this world anymore...

Thank god I never had to punish my children for other than picking up their rooms and that was eaasy..just took away thier favorite thing for a couple days until they did mind you they were like 8-and 10 years old..otherwise they never were punshied. That is terrible to pour hot sauce down his throat could burn the sensitive skin and case other problems too with his stomach..bad Mother.

the punishment is fine for the mother or maybe the mother drink the hot sauce herself to get even.. hahaa

there are better ways to punishing a child.both parents should be in jail.
