I’m so excited and honored to become a more active member of the Care2 community. I’m a physician, author, and researcher specializing in nutrition, food safety, and public health issues. One of my small contributions to the world (I also work at the Humane Society of the United States) is the creation of NutritionFacts.org, the first nonprofit, non-commercial, science-based website to provide free daily video updates on the latest in nutrition research. It has hundreds of videos on more than a thousand topics, and I upload a new video every day!
