And yet, I would like to add? Drink more water! Water is our everything! Then the stomach by one-third filled with water, for food will have fewer seats! But not havent with food time to drink! Enzymes are needed for the nutrients to break down the food!

I like this post because it is very informative. I learned a lot of things about diet. For example eating big breakfast is good. And that drinking a lot of water helps one to stay healthy. That one should avoid Fast foods except on weekends and a lot more. Well done Angie DiazCervo for your hard work.
