Excellent post! I am new here! I try to comment on as many interesting blog post as I can... The reason I do this... Is because it lets people know that I am out there as well as hoping to make some great quality friends along the way too. If a person writes great quality post and extends you the Curtsey of commenting on your post, which in turn makes you money... Than is it not reasonable for them to expect the same from you?

I have heard a lot about click farming since coming to this site.. even been approached by a few to be a part of them... My answer....I remove them from my friends list and UN-fan them! Why? because I as a writer strongly feel, that if what I write is worth reading...others will follow..

Michael- True to an extent :-) Yes if I notice some one has commented on something I posted there is a good chance I am going to go and check out some of their blogs, some times I may comment some times not depends on if I have anything to say about it :-) there are times if I like it I just click like nothing more.

At the same time I do not have any agreements with anyone that if they look at my posts I will go look at theirs and spend x amount of time there.

I go to the posts that interest me, I am there long enough to read and comment at the most. Which I believe that is how it should be :-)

Everyone needs to ask themselves one question: Does it feel like you are trying to game the system? If so, then guess what, don't do it!!

TK- I don't think we can say that enough !!! Sending Links to other fanbox members on their pages or in their comments or in their fanbox email does not earn you money!!!!

I feel if what a person writes is good then it will stand on its own. People will either view it or they won't. Not all we write about will appeal to everyone.

Marie- Completely agree :-) that's how I feel I will read what interests me and I expect others to do the same :-)

Great post Jenny! It is really annoying when I get people that message me and tell me hey I checked out yours now you check out mine. If I feel like it I will,and because you messaged me doesn't make me want to go there in any kind of hurry

How do people think of these thing. I did not even know about money when I first came on this sight. I just wanted some place to write and then all of a sudden I started getting this money. I did not even think it was real. Just play money. I have been on here a long time and I just got my first cash out. I was so surprise when it showed up in my paypal account. LOL I hate scams. I just like to read blogs, learn about people and chat once in awhile. I have read some great post. To me the money is just that little extra.

Great post, but I have something to add to this, I am one that reads very slowly and if I enjoy a blog or post I will return to it again and I don't think that the system should punish anyone for that. I believe a better system needs to be in place for those like my self who enjoy post and would like to return and stay a little longer to enjoy the post and absorb the conent at our owen leisure.

guess I've read similar posting before but this reinforces what I read before. thanks for sharing. I had someone try this approach with me a long time ago, in fact more than one person. and when i was new here i really didn't know if it was right or wrong, but now i know.

Robert- yes there are times where I have found a very informative post and I bookmarked it and went back to check it out later when I had questions. There is a difference between going and reading the post over again and spending a certain amount of time there. The system is a very smart system, so it pays close attention to certain people only visiting each others blogs or spending more time on those peoples blogs daily I mean there are all sorts of flags it will send up some I'm positive I don't even know about. The point is though don't try to cheat the system all it will do is get you deleted.

So the question to ask yourself is am I being honest? Am I trying to earn my money in an honest way? You know if you are trying to cheat the system.

So the point is just be honest :-)

many people do this thing to me as what you have said to your post. But sometimes I never mind them. But at times when they said like that, it can never taken out of me not to see their blog. I am just giving appreciation because they've seen my blogs too. Though the quality of my blog is not that high. I just only returning what they have done to me. Thanks for reminding us this things.
