why they always called the halloween day is happy... i think it's not bcoz that's day you lost someone... ryt? and i'm not happy to remember that day...

@sadaqat: It's originated in Ireland and it is a huge influence for U.S and Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden and some people in Norway not all. The police department don't like it because of the scary costume with the knives and mask, you never know if they where celebrating halloweens or something behind on their mind.

@Joseph: I think they make fun with the scary costumes and sweeties that kids collected in every house they visit and said "Trick or Threat" and the art of pumpkins. The day of all souls day and all saints day actually fall on nov.1-2. It is a tradition and beliefs from the catholic church, this is my short version anyway
