Well, Kath, I am in the same boat. But having not enough funds in my acct could not be the reason, I believe, because that time I have $24.49 available, so I invested $20 with return of $65, but all these had gone leaving only $13 (30 day earnings). No smile on my face, of course.

Hmm - while I am sure there is no such thing as a perfect system, it is undoubtedly a hard pill to swallow!

Hi Nicole,
at the time I invested that $300. I actually had an amount avail. to cash $980 then I cash out $500, invest $300 and the rest for ads or stay at ease. then when I mad a portfolio, I got deducted $300 as it was the amount I invested I thought that everything went right. then the time they took $300 it was not directly invested that they and so I had ads that are continous that maybe give the conflict that the $300 was also deducted because I got insufficient fund for the ads... This is how I understand it.

I feel sad for you Katherine,, coz you work very hard for your Fanbox fans...and also for thr Fanbox Team---- It,s not good enough to have your total earnings changed,,, maybe Fanbox have made a mistake and will fix this problem for you,, Anyway you must go to sleep and feel loved and Happy.. Yeah "Love is more important than money" almost forgot it, hehe kidding... Though it's sad because I was amazed and joyed upon the result of my investment (before this mail). but I did try to ignore it and leave the sadness her in my post and thankfully you had seen it. Ohhhh Kat, sorry to hear what happened to your earnings. I've yet to hear from Fanbox and will see what has happened to my earnings. That's the thing with new launches, we have to accept the fact that sometimes the computer makes mistakes also, and with new stuff, there will be ups and downs, and we have to roll with it.

It is important, to remember that although it's nice to have that extra boost from the investment, and it turned out to be a glitch/bug - we still have a great opportunity here and to be thankful for all things, good and bad, cuz in the end - it'll turn out all right!

ohhh that was sad Kath..But HEY cheep up! you will get back the lost amount in just few days! and that's for sure..ikaw pa...

Cheer up! At least you know the potential of investment. It's like forgetting to write your roll number in exam that the examiner failed to notice for which you failed. It only goes on to show that fanbox offers real potential to earn and they readily acknowledge any mistake they commit. Thanks for the post, it encourages me and instills my confidence in the fanbox.

Dont worry dear Kath....there are a bit TAX maybe before you start d investment....and the same time the portfolio growing up and not match d amount you putting there...this is a technical problem should be avoid...however we should be proud of fanbox team to be alert all the things....thanxxx
