Timothy Wayne Shepherd went a bit overboard when he found out his ex-girlfriend Tynesha Stewart, a Texas A&M University freshman, had fallen in love with someone new while she was away at college. He confronted Stewart, and the encounter quickly escalated into a violent scuffle.
