Your post is a bit too abstract for me. At any rate, people are always trying to seek something to make themselves satisfied to a degree. I believe one cannot find satisfaction unless they have God in their lives. Otherwise people will keep on seeking, and that void will never be filled, as God himself placed that void there. That's my view anyways.
@Jan - People can live without God. Millions of us do so already. We need to discard once and for all the myth that one needs God in one’s life to be a caring, loving person.
Definitely one can be a caring, loving person without God in their lives, but one with God, it’s a definite plus! Many who do not have God in their lives, seek to please themselves, and on the other side of the coin, many do good deeds and give of themselves to others and are selfless. I believe that God is the only way, truth and life. It may be a narrow view from your perspective, but I’m stickin’ to it! :)
