Working out is boring. It sucks and it's not a lot of fun. But we need to do it and the older we get, the MORE we need to move our bodies around. If you haven't explored it - check out Kickboxing for Dummies workout #1. This is a great, low impact cardio workout and it's fun to do. Check it out and if you can't get up, at least move your arms :)

Thanks for letting me know the video was hiccuping ArchyLen, I tried to start the video about 1 minute in to skip where she's talking about what the workout has in it and just get straight to the workout. BUT FanBox didn't like that and it wrecks the video. So it's all fixed now and thank you so much for alerting me to that :)
