I think it's brilliant. I wear an oil called Egyptian Musk a lot because it just smells heavenly and when my youngest was a toddler and he'd have the inevitable tantrum - I would pick up and he'd snuggle into my neck - I realize now, he was sniffing! LOL

@Nicoleta - it says it's a mixture of strawberry, banana, and a delectable variety of spices. I'm guessing one could get some good high quality essential oils and create something wonderful to use.
That is very interesting... it's all about the energy within the smells... plus kids are like us guys, we can be distracted just long enough for you to make your point... or pick our pockets.

@Radical - of course not! It is a mix of aromas because when the mind is concentrating on smelling - the part of the brain that is responsible for impulses has to be put on hold - the child stops to smell and the tantrum can be resolved and its much easier to talk a calm child down from a tantrum than a screaming one I think we can all agree.
