I never really thought there was any harm in using microwaves, but now maybe i will rethink that idea, lol. thanks for sharing this interesting article.

I got rid of our microwave ages ago - Reclaimed my love of pressure cooking - it's an even faster way to make absolutely fresh food. :)

@Glenway - thanks! Google microwave dangers. There was also a case where some preemie babies got ill and one died from microwaved breast milk but the case is actually still pending so I didn't use it as a reference. The lady that died from the blood being changed at a molecular level from a microwave was proven without a doubt.

@Chicka - that's very true - it does continue to distribute heat the downside is that the microwave destroys nutrients in food so you're not doing your body any favors. That's so cool you have a Jessica!!!!

I've always suspected that microwave ovens where not as safe as they were made out to be. This just confirms it. I believe when they get it all figured out, that microwave will be remembered in history as one of mans biggest mistakes.

a real warning should be attached to every microwave sold, - i am so glad we threw ours out!
