Jo Potocki helps pro choice movements.

I don't mind religion specifically. I mind hypocrisy and I mind paying for religion with my tax dollars more than anything. People that make millions and millions of dollars of the faith of others and have a private jet "because God wants me to have a private jet" - I really mind that because they are either mentally ill or lying (most likely).
I find that sort of hypocrisy just stomach turning. Hypocrisy is rampant among the religious and I think the current biggest offender is Eric Hovind with Joyce Meyer running a very close second.

Let's talk about Joyce first. Remember what you're about to read was all tax-free.

only 10% for charity and spend millions for self luxury? Oh come on... why not fund other ministries worldwide? Especially Asia! Many Evangelist can't even afford to pay for bible supplies for most asian countries. Those Evangelists only eat plain rice without any other dishes just so that they can have enough cash to go to places unreachable like the mountains and jungles(natives villages). If not, why dont she help give scholarships to Americans whose parents are out of job?

@Einin - that is so true. I know someone with a missionary program that is currently in Vietnam and they literally share bibles, pencils and often can onoly afford one meal a day and they fast on Sundays because their message is more important. Those are the people I'd rather (and do) give money to.

Yes, these are terrible people who act completely different than what they profess to be teaching to others! I thought being a christian you were supposed to help others and be responsible. Living in luxury with access to lots of money yet not paying taxes under the guise of religion is greedy and selfish! And most likely illegal! Have a nice audit from the IRS Joyce! ;)

Give to Ceasar what is Ceasar's and to God what is God's. Jesus warned about the leven of the Pharisees. We are all sinners and everyone falls short of the glory of God its just that some don't beleve it. It's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of the needle (a very small gate in Jerusalem, the camel would have to literally crawl through it) than for a rich man to enter Heaven, but it is possible, just not easy. It is these type of "religious" mistakes that drive the lost away. Let go and let God! He doesn't need anybodies help; but we do. Thanks.
