Christmas is almost celebrate the whole wide world and it is the most popular holiday

Yes xmas is supposed to be a time when we all find time to get together to spend some time with our loved ones and give a few gifts etc,, and go on holidays-----And some will like to celebrate the birth of Jesus on the site where the church of Nativity is built..Supposed to be the most Holiest site in the Christian world..and should be respected as such,, especially this time of the year...However Jo,,I pick up my daily paper yesterday and Pheeeeeeeew----my coffee went everywhere when i saw a picture of Monks in the church of Nativity,,,,, Smashing each other over their rival religious groups heads with the brooms that are supposed to be with them for cleaning the church....And they had to call the religious Police to stop these men of God from killing each other--yes this is true folks...The ancient church built over the traditional site of Jesus,s birth is shared by three christian denominations--Roman Catholics,,a Armenians,,and Greek Orthodox,...The fight errupted between Greek and Armenian clergy,, with both sides accusing each other of encroaching on parts of the church that they lay claim to,, so the Palestine special forces,, had to break them up and restore order.....Well.Jo..?? It,s religion showing it,s ugly head again,, grown men hating each other,s religions---- All i can say is thank God i,m an athiest...and Peaceful..Merry xmas everyone and a happy new year..!!

Jesus is the son of God..,---- Uhmnn.?? wait a minute Jo,, no.!! he,s the son of Gabriel the Angel who got Mary pregnant by immaculate conception--- I think-----but maybe i,m wrong coz jesus,s father was a carpenter,, and Angels don,t work,, so maybe Gabriel is not really the father of Jesus..??/ Look Jo.. i,m confused.. will you please read your Bible,, all i know is that Mary was only 12 years old when she got pregnant...anyway Merry xmas and a happy new year to you and all your family and friends..I,m flying out to-day,, I,m missing my Virgins.. I too like to be a part of this discussion...I like the christmas month too but not in the manner that Birthday of god jesus...

!Lea Gabuco - why not Xmas - you do know that "X" ???st?? (Greek for "Christ") so it's actually a good abbreviation right? I'm amazed how many Christians think "Xmas" is others trying to be rude, when it's actually a proper shortening.

@Sweetie Friend - Sir Isaac Newton was born on Dec 25.... so celebrate gravity which Newton discovered - it's something we all use everyday!
