Jo Potocki helps pro choice movements.

Last month, A pastor in Florida proposed a national registry, exactly like the one used for convicted sex offenders, to put atheists so Christians can avoid living with, working with and doing business with atheists.

He believes atheists need to be called out.

He likens atheists to terrorists and the KKK.

Trouble is, he doesn't realize how many people would be on that list
. Check out this short video.

Thanks for commenting Terry. I agree, God could very well exist. I never said there wasn't a God, I said I don't believe in religion and I do not believe in a God. I do however think any human that says they *know* what God is thinking ("God loves YOU" - you don't know that to be a fact) or with absolute certainty what happens when we die is intellectually dishonest. I don't know what happens when we die and quite honestly, I don't care what happens when we die.

What would the point of the registry be anyway? Nothing could come from it. US citizens have constitutional rights and this should be unconstitutional.

Great discussion as always Jo! I have to agree with Warren in some ways, What would come of it? It's just my opinion, However, I think it would just be another way for those "God Fearing Christian", as they call them selves to persecute those that don't see eye to eye with their views in the long run.

To put them on a list, Would not this single out those registered on the proposed list as targets for hate crimes etc...? Lots of food for thought on this post.

I absolutely agree with Warren, except besides unconstitutional I'd have to insert the adjective "silly" in there somewhere too. Let's say for argument, this Pastor got his way and he got his Atheist List. What would the next list he wanted be? And after that? Crazy to think about.
