I was actually informed yesterday that all versions of the Bible are incorrect and disseminated by Satan to spread the false Word in the world and ONLY the Jehovah's Witness version of the Bible is truly accurate.
These may read all differently, but all say the same thing. But you need not worry about the small stuff. Disagree about the little stuff, just agree on the big stuff, like CHRIST death and reserrection, and the He died for us.

jehovah witness do not have an accurate bible. they aren't even christian.
@Vixen - if you ask a JW they will say they have the only correct and accurate version of the Bible and they do consider themselves Christians. It's not up to you or I to say who is and is not - if someone says they are, just say, "Okay", and respect their point of view.
I totally agree with Jolynn on this issue! I take from each faith that which helps me. Your bibles also say thou shall not judge..or be judged by another.. I think the keyword would be respect others belief and move on. Just my opinion.
@Michael! Thanks for commenting! I don't believe, but I love hearing from other points of view and I absolutely respect anyone that does believe because to not acknowledge someone's belief would be to not acknowledge their point of view and that's very important. I always say I'd much rather discuss religion with a hardcore Christian than another atheist - it's so much more interesting to hear their thoughts than someone that agrees with me!
Yes JoLynn I understand the point you're making... I myself have sampled several different faiths including the Jw one. Yet in the end I still belong to none... I hold true to that which for me I know to be true.. The great spirit is always with me even though at times I do not know or cannot see it. Don't know if this makes any kind of sense at all though?
It seems like the word Religion get mix up with Christianity. Religion is what we do every day, like get up and go to work, school, or church. The word religous is used to tell about what we do each day, we religiously eat if we don't we will die. Christianity on the other hand is how we live our lives. Are we suppose to examplify Christ in our lives? Being a Christian mean to examplify christ in our walk and talk if we are to draw others for Christ...

@Rev Terence Red - that's in interesting point of view and a very good one. If people are going to claim to be Christians and want to be Christians - hating on others they perceive as different isn't the way to go.
I think what you've laid out is a very good way to do it.
