I believe, you are 100 % correct.
@ Twilight , You will loose 4% if you cash out through paypal. But it is nothing when compared to the amount you will be spending on Ads.
update: FanBox bears PayPal withdrawal fees so you have more profit while cashing out to paypal.
From my personal experience, I would advice you to cash out through paypal as I received my first cashout through cheque. I requested second and third cashout through cheque itself. But I still didn't receive the cheque.
So I requested the fourth one through paypal. I got it in my paypal account. But cashout through paypal also takes sometime. You have to have patience. But you are sure of getting your money.
As for more doubts, you are always welcome. I will share whatever I know about fanbox.
can I use my friend's unverified paypal ID and email for cash out my earning, If Yes, then what particular I will fill in Fanbox Paypal Request Form at the time of request for payment
i am tag some photos of ma friend via fanbox. now ma account is blocked . how is solved this problem
Tagging the others name your photos are against fanBox rules. You should not do it.
I did not know what label others in our photos was against the rules of FanBox. And we tagged in photos from other. Thanks for the information.

@twilight, Ads showing "awaiting approval" is normal. It has nothing to do with low balance. If your blog contains pictures, it takes time for approval. Fanbox holds it back to check any offensive content are there in your blog and then they will approve it.

You mean your account was deleted because of tagging. Don't tag others name in your photos. Nobody will like it. Even myself. I have requested many of them before to remove my name from their photos. It is a scam. They will report to the fanbox team that you are scamming.
Now you have created new account, don't repeat again. You have other easy ways to get attention from readers.
how i should start earning
Iif an Ad is posted with same title of the owner many times, the Ad will be rejected, if you have invested less amount on it.

@ Pravesh, Mein Bhai nahi hoon. Mein Behen hoon. Coming to your problem. I earn atleast 2-5 dollars for categorising and rating a post. If you wish to give Ads, then I suggest giving Ads is the best way to earn more money.

Anyone can start earning by categorising and linking posts of other bloggers.
You cannot categorize Ads. You can only categorise posts. Atleast 20-30 posts per day.

You have to categorise in correct way. I will give you a link where you can find the words to put in search terms. Here is the link for tag cloud or popular tags. http://profile.fanbox.com/PremiumBlogs/APB_SA.aspx
When creating Ads also pick the words from this tag cloud. These are popular tags. But it should be relating to the posts. When you are categorizing and rating the posts also pick words from here. Atleast 3-4 words from tag cloud or search terms.

Now the $ dollar doesn't have any significance in earning. It is used to reveal the part of your post to entice your readers. You can see after the $ sign the contents are not seen.
If you have a lengthy post, place the $ dollar sign where you want READ MORE to appear.

Very good post. I am just learning and I want to know how to put a 2nd picture in a post where it says Rose is...... on the home page? When we are on the home page you see your picture then the 2nd picture in the post that shows what the post is about or of a person. Do you put it in your post when you blog or when you post on your profile page or on your home page? One day I hope to be a top performer.
The second images is the blog image. By default, blog image will be your profile image. You have to change the blog image. You can do this by clicking on blog settings and then insert an image relevant to the blog under blog icon.
