My weakness is anything made out of a potato, which includes chips and french fries...looks like I'm going to have to cut down on that...
so it is fatty foods i like much simple cook or only half cook foods.

Excellent information you have provided. You are extending lives with your thoughtful post!. Many people do not know enough about nutrition to prevent their bodies from storing fat. Feeding the body properly allows lean muscle to be built, and fat burned off. Starvation diets so not work because the body will store the fat and burn off the muscle. Bravo for such an excellent blog!
