i got a call the other day from the doctors office. i never knew they could tell you over the phone that you have cancer. i was in shock, what am i going to do? i have my 11 year old son to finish raising. i wanted to scream or yell or cry but i just kept the shock locked deep inside. i told my best friend and the love of my life. but to ask him to stand by me thru this is more then i can ever ask of him.

If you take up the right attitude and do not keep away from your loved ones, it will be much easier, Cynthia. Please, do not think of your funeral, yet, it is crazy! Life trows all sorts of surprises our way all the time! You will soon see who your real friends are! Mainly, trust in yourself and get the very best medical care you can!
I lost my mother at the time i was 28.and still couldnt handle it....you must plan while you r still able to have some say so over his life...at the same time are you prepared for what could happen to you?
