That is a good suggestion, Jake. Drink more water during the day and at night drink less. Very helpful tips to keep us naturally healthy, especially the list of super foods.

From water to fiber, and antioxidant to soy meal, all are helpful and beneficial. It is a pity that we have lost the trend to good eating by eating over-processed food and over preserved food. Yes, it has been established that drinking less water at night and more during the day goes to keep us healthier. Good enough that we are made to remember that just taking calcium alone without adequate exercise is not the best for us.
