very good reading nice post.
Its sounds interesting
I fully support Dr Patterson's actions. It sounds to me as if the Truck Driver was simply trying to make money out of the doctor. You see, I believe that Dr Patterson did the right thing, he took it upon himself to save the Truck Driver the cost of another operation. I wonder if the Truck Driver and his wife would have sued the doctor if he had ignored the cancer and merely reported that the Driver needed another operation to remove the cancer. I also find it ridiculous that the Lawyer used such emotive language, "His (The Truck Driver) has had his manhood taken." Thank goodness the jury were not misled by this and they saw to it that justice was done.
