i am trying Florendo, turning all my diet around, but aha i slip but get right back on track. i have found a product totally natural that is raw and based on nuts and fruits, so far i am having good result with it, i feel full.

believe me that i am not a friend of the doctors nor pills, my biggest sin was the incredible amount of sugar i would ingest . eating cakes , drinking sweet drink etc..
i have overcome that addiction. thank you for the tips.. i am into holistic healing, so i am learning a lot

Don't eat too much rice, especially if you don't exercise. They are full of carbs that makes a person fat. I don't think anybody would want to become fat. Nice post, Ramon!

Oh dear. This was a very informative post. I tend to agree with not eating too much rice. However, i find that quite difficult when rice is just about the only garin I can tolerate. it is good for you but still hard on the digestive system at times, too heavy in the stomach! Honestly, i am stunned! This is a very informative post, in my part of the world, we have a community who would very rarely partake of any food but rice; in fact they have bad eating habits. Plenty of rice biriani with butter added... majority of them are truly obese, a very unhealthy lot indeed...any way, i have truly enjoyed this post, in fact i am saving it!!!
