Well here is the start of my RECIPES blog. American, Scottish and some Indian recipes that I have picked up living in Scotland. American recipes handed down from my Grandmother, my Aunt, and of course my Mom. There are a few that I have experimented with and call my own too! Some are made with wild game, and some have no meat at all. From starters to desserts and some fun one for kids as well.

I tried this one out yesterday for Easter Dinner. It was a fantastic addition to my menu and every loved it! Here in the States, it's hard to find double creme, but using heavy creme with at least 36% milkfat is a more than acceptable substitute. I will be using this recipe again in the future!
