In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we should all be thankful for something. We here in the United States celebrate this day to commemmorate the Pilgrims' first year in the New World. They were thankful most of all for surviving the harsh realities of a new place in a strange land. So they celebrated their first year by whipping up a huge feast in celebration of their accomplishments. Today, we celebrate Thanksgiving as much more. Here are all the things I am grateful for:

I am thankful for a lot of things: good health, abundant blessings, happy family, intelligent and smart children, 4 times going home for a vacation to Phils...and yes this Oct. 27, 2011 we'll be going home again, and will celebrate Halloween, for sure will be enjoyable with the "trick or treats" of the children in the neighborhood.
